Nov 2 | Yoga for the Back – Virtual Zoom Class


Join Certified Personal Trainer, Nancy Richmond in a live Yoga for Back class led via Zoom. Nancy will guide you on poses that will work on  posture, breath, core stability/strength, balance and flexibility. Releasing tight muscles in your back and helping alleviate pain. All levels welcome.

Registration is free and required to receive Zoom link and password. Please include your email address when registering.
